We had a rather negative experience staying here. The first room we were given was beat up with torn, pealing and moldy wallpaper. The chair was filthy and stained up and covered in dog hair. The carpet inside the room was just as filthy and stained up from pet accidents as the carpet in the hallway. I don’t think the fan and vents to the AC unit had ever been wiped down. Neither door to the room locked - not the hallway door or the outside one. Not even the extra deadbolts accessed from inside the room.
Luckily my husband thought to check those too after we accidentally found out the card key locks didn’t work. That was room 111. Beware. Then we were given the option of moving to room 124, which had even more mold in it. We finally ended up in room 107, which had a collapsing wall unit and about the same amount of mold as 111, but working locks. The girl at the front desk didn’t act surprised or concerned about our complaints, just said it’s an old building. If it hadn’t been so late, we’d have searched for somewhere else to stay. I wish we had because my allergies were a mess by morning.
