Three restaurants are on site, including a buffet restaurant and a restaurant with private tents for dining. A kids' club provides activities for younger guests; adults can relax at the full-service health spa, which features Aveda products. The hotel has a concierge desk and also offers meeting space and audiovisual equipment. Guestrooms at Great Wolf Lodge Cincinnati/Mason offer furnished balconies and living rooms with sofa beds.
