Stay at this quiet centrally-located home north of Fort Myers and South of Venice Beach. Enjoy the heated pool or park your boat on our 180' Peace River canal dock. We are just outside of Punta Gorda, with close access to I-75. Pets are welcome with access to our tropical fenced gardens.
No local guests (Punta Gorda/Port Charlotte area).
Close to north Fort Myers, Venice Beach, Warm Mineral Springs Park, and more.
The large number of palm trees placed on this property around several gardens provide a paradise-like environment. The front lanai offers a covered entry to the home, leading into the entry hall. Once into the entry hall, the dining room, which seats six people, is the center of this open concept house. From the full kitchen leading to the dining room is a formal living room, and just behind is an open kitchen.
The heated pool has an electric pool heater and solar heating panels. A professional pool company cleans the pool every week.
The canal is directly on the Peace River Estuary connecting directly to the Gulf of Mexico.
The house includes high-speed (1.2Gbs) WiFi, three large 4k TVs, four beds, and a fantastic whole-house sound system.
Outside the pool area is a garden sitting location, perfect for relaxing in Florida twilight or allowing pets to exercise.
The home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Entry is via a large driveway to park your vehicles in our quiet neighborhood.

Just off I-75 which gives 30 minute access to either Fort Myers (south) or Venice Beach (north).
The canal is located off the Peace River Estuary and has direct access to the Gulf of Mexico.
The canal does have wildlife, including fish, dolphins, manatees, and crocodiles!
LOCALS or friends of the owner get approval before booking a reservation.
Checkout is at 11 am sharp to avoid fees.
Late fees are $60 for the first two hours. After 1 pm, you agree to a non-discounted booking rate fee as a penalty. Police will remove trespassers after 4 pm, and trespassers will be responsible for any expenses incurred to appease the next guest.
Customers must maintain a working validated mobile phone number with the platform.
Park in the driveway, not on the grass or in the garage.
Access to the property via the Yale deadbolt lock pad only.
The kitchen Smartlock should remain unlocked.
Other interior doors locked with a key or Smartlocks are off-limit areas.
We have video monitoring of the property and critical security points.
Do not tamper, unplug, or interfere with the cameras or smoke detectors.
The private areas of the house are free from video monitoring.
Do not install or leave audio or video monitoring devices in the house.
Smoking/Vaping is NOT allowed in the house, garage, lanai, front yard, garage side yard, or pool areas.
Smoking IS permitted in the garden sitting area. Place all butts in the ashtray/ash device.
Parties, events, or photo/video shoots are NOT permitted. There are no exceptions.
Only the registered number of guests is allowed on the property.
The property has an occupancy limit of 10 people. The house has monitors for an excessive number of occupants.
Quiet time in the neighborhood is from 10 pm to 6 am. The Garden lamp post light must be off after 10 pm. The exterior lighting will turn off automatically at dawn.
The washer and Dryer are free of charge. Please run the washer through the cleaning cycle after your loads if you wash excessively dirty items. Please consider providing additional laundry detergent, softener, and bleach if you have many laundry loads.
Please place all towels and bedsheets into the washer and run at the end of your stay. Do not use bleach.
No food or beverage is allowed in the bedrooms or bathrooms.
Guests must clean all food areas used after each "meal" event.
Please place all provided dishes, cooking implements, and utensils in the dishwasher at the end of your stay.
Run the dishwasher with provided dishwasher pods only.
The kitchen sink disposal is only for accidental food products.
You should place waste food products and grease in the kitchen trash bin. Do not flush or put waste food in the drain.
The house does have a septic system. Do not flush anything beyond organic body waste and toilet paper in the toilets.
Stains from any source on the property will incur a damage fee.
Any missing/broken items will incur a replacement fee.
An excessively dirty house will incur a damage fee.
If you use the Barbeque grill, please turn off the grill after use and clean up the grill area.
Please use the wastebaskets and kitchen for any garbage and recycling.
At the end of your stay, please remove the garbage and recycling inside the house. Please place the trash into the bins on the side of the garage. Green Lid=trash, Yellow Lid=Recycle
If you are staying from Wednesday to Thursday, please place the bins at the end of the driveway Wednesday night. Thank you for helping keep things clean.
There are no lifeguards on-premises. Use the pool at your own risk.
Please dry off before entering the house or on the outdoor carpet.
The pool cleaners come every Wednesday morning. Due to a possible chemical imbalance, the pool is officially closed from cleaning until 3 pm on cleaning day.
The pool is deep. Please keep an eye on your children.
No running in the pool area.
No glass in the pool area.
No P in the ool area.
No diving into the pool.
The canal has alligators. Do not feed the wildlife food, pets, or yourself.
Fishing from the dock is permitted and encouraged.
The boat dock requires you to contact the host before using the lift for additional instructions.
The canoe is private property and not part of the listing.
The concrete boat ramp is NOT a launch ramp. Using it will damage your boat, vehicle, and property. Charges will be assessed based on repair costs if the property is damaged.
Clean up after your pets. The garden mailbox has bags and a trash can for disposal by the mailbox gate.
Pets can use the fenced area. Clean up after your pets.
Damage by pets will incur a damage fee.
We do not permit pets on the furniture or beds. Pets on furniture (including mattresses) are considered damage to future guests' stay.
Please make sure the rear sliding doors are locked when leaving the property.
Please close all windows.
Please turn off all lights when leaving the property.
If something is damaged or broken, contact the host immediately. Reporting damages is the best way to mitigate possible charges.
We will do our best to make wrong things right, and you will accept our mitigation measures as definitive.
We genuinely want you to have the best stay possible. Therefore, you agree you are booking in good faith with your host. You will not attempt to damage your host's business because you are dissatisfied with resolutions and/or mitigation decisions made by hosting companies or the host.
