Close to restaurants and fast food. Pet area wasn’t great but workable. Nice ground floor location which was pretty quiet after 9pm. All in all, a great overnight stop.

Very clean, felt very safe, thoughtful breakfast, and very friendly and attentive staff. I've been traveling with my dogs many a times and this was my most favorite spot to shut my eyes for the night before continuing on the journey.

I’m always a little bit leery of motel rooms. However, this one had recently been remodeled and was very nice. In fact, it was the only room on our three week trip that had double vanities in the bathroom.

Not elegant but everything was clean and worked. A good version of what you expect from BW. I mistakenly booked Cooksville instead of Crossville so I can't say it was a great location. FYI, if you're not familiar with TN, they are about 30 miles apart, so don't make my mistake!

We booked this room because of the reviews and are staying again. The only thing is the dog area is small out back and the front area was small & dirty. The room was clean and bed was comfortable.

This hotel was the most dismal of all my nights traveling cross country with my dog. They switched my room when I told them it smelled like smoke, but even the next room smelled too. Lots of construction workers stay here while working in the area. It was the only hotel that gave me a creepy feeling. Dog area is disgusting and the only other option was along the busy road where there were a few feet of grass. I would not stay here again

Friendly and welcoming desk staff, a big plus for us! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Would stay there again! Our only issue was that the area for dogs to potty is not very well lit.

I was very surprised by the Thunderbird Motel, it was actually more inviting than some Hotels I've had the pleasure of staying in. We stayed in room 111, the room was clean, but a little musty-smelling. I had an air freshener and that seem to fix the issue. The continental breakfast was good, plenty to eat and Ms. Nancy made us feel very welcomed. The only issue I had was the limited locations for our dog to use the restroom.

The room was nice. We did have to wait 4 hours in the rain for our room to be ready. Friendly staff, however very short staffed.

We were perfectly content with our stay here. the room was clean, and they had an elevator which was convenient. The only downside to this hotel was where we were located, the pet area was virtually non existent. I can’t speak to what the back of the hotel looked like, we stayed on the front of the building. Everything else was great.

I extended my stay a second night because of the large space of the room and needing a rest from the 3000 mile trip I was taking. While the pool was empty and the floor looking like it needed to be swept by the door, which could have been from the cleaning crew walking out. The breakfast was served from behind a partition. It was the only hotel actually still serving I had stayed in up to this point.I was pleased over all. It is also located in a very busy area with anything needed within walking distance.
