This was the only place in Fort Worth that would take 3 dogs so I’m grateful for that. I’d never stay again if I could help it. We booked for a bed and a sofa bed. Clerk checked and said it was ready. No sofa, so back to desk. Got another room which had bed and sofa bed. Sofa bed was in bad shape but that’s ok. One hand towel in the room and that was it for towels. No bedding for sofa bed. Back to front desk.
Clerk said “you have to come and ask me for bedding“ and turned away. I said indeed I was there and I was asking for bedding and towels. The blanket was stained. I asked for a replacement and she said it was the last one. I asked for an extra sheet to protect me from it, as she’d given one sheet only. Coffee maker leaked over the counter top even after it was turned off. Dishes and microwave but no cutlery.
Morning clerk said she was amazed our bicycles were still on the car. We’d locked them but she said “in this neighborhood things disappear." It had hot water so that was good. Empty shower gel and shampoo. Regarding dogs, we walked in the area. However, someone knocked two times on our door during the night and the dogs went berserk barking. Which upset me and certainly created noise.

The hotel is old, needs updating, and staff that enforces the rules. While the entire hotel is smoke free, the first floor hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. The room was clean, but everything from the bedding to the furniture is just old. In the plus column, the ability to leave my dog in the room unattended was handy. After all day at a car show, Buddy was wiped out, and napped while we went out for dinner.

This hotel was very nice and very dog friendly. I was happy with the room and my dog was more comfortable than any other hotel we have stayed in. She didn't bark like she usually does and the noise level from the other guests was noon existent.
