Nature lovers take note – this property abuts 213 acres owned by the Society for the Protection of NH Forests and is on a 2.7 acre lot directly across the street from the Blackwater River. This 2 bedroom saltbox is refreshing in its simplicity from the compact kitchen to the openness of the dining room and living room. Rustic pine floors, 2 wood stoves for toasting your toes, and an all season sunroom makes this an enchanting home for all seasons. Numerous large windows let the sun pour in and summer breezes pass through. The finished upstairs is spacious and open. There is also a fenced dog area in the yard. Less than 10 minute drive to Proctor Academy. 30 minutes to Lake Sunapee. Several other smaller lakes and hiking trails close by. Here is your opportunity to appreciate being surrounded by nature! .
