Centered around a sparkling courtyard heated swimming pool, this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home radiates soul with every detail of the design considered.
The open plan living/dining area with wood fire and professionally equipped kitchen opens to the spacious deck with outdoor dining/BBQ and sun loungers set around the pool.
There are two double bedrooms and and two full bathrooms in the main house with the third double bedroom and third full bathroom in the self contained studio.
From this very convenient location, walk to Oneroa village cafes and shops and a choice of three local beaches or take a short drive to Mudbrick or Cable Bay vineyards for a memorable meal.
Waiheke Island is known for its stunning beaches, amazing coastal walkways and world class vineyards and restaurants. Blackpool Boathouse is a premier property in a perfect location to explore the island, relax and forget the world!
The swimming pool is heated and the property fully fenced.
Three days advance notice is required to heat the swimming pool from 01 May to 15 October.
