We are the only house On beach bay front property .👍🏽😃 . Located in Belmont Shore California. 1 Master bedroom with Queen and Jacuzzi tub. Bedroom 2 with 1 twin and 3 sleep bunk bed and the 3rd room with a queen size bed . Family room has A couch that makes out to a bed. Roof top deck with lynx bbq. Full views of ocean, bay, Catalina, Queen Mary, and the Southern California Mountains. There is also a two car garage .Paddle boards ,kayaks and bike rentals in front of the house on the beach . Just a short walk 2 blocks to 2nd Street for great restaurants, shops and bars. And you can ride a bike or Uber a short distance to the Long Beach convention center. Fully equipped Kitchen except food. Beach chairs,unbrella and towels provided. STREET IS CLOSED IN SUMMER 9-5 So people can walk bike and skate in the street. We are 40 minutes from Disneyland 30 minutes to Knottsberry farm 45 minutes to Hollywood in about an hour to Lego land. Great place for families and romantic getaways not a place for raging parties or events like weddings our neighbors will have the party shut down in a minute there is a place in front of our house that puts on weddings And private events on the beach.
