Pet Friendly Campgrounds in North Carolina

Twin Lakes RV & Camping Resort allows 2 pets of any size in RVs only for an additional fee of $10 per pet, per night. Pets are not permitted in cabins, condos, or lodgings on the property.

Forest Lake RV & Camping Resort accepts pets of any size for an additional fee of $10 per pet, per stay.

Green Mountain Park is pet friendly! Two pets of any size are welcome for no additional fee. Pets are accepted in the campsite only. Rental units and cabins are not pet friendly. Both dogs and cats are allowed. Pets must be leashed at all times on the campground. There is a grassy area for pet relief on the property.

RV Resort at Carolina Crossroads welcomes pets of any size for an additional fee of $25 per stay. Both dogs and cats are permitted, and well-behaved pets may be left in cabins unattended. However, pets may not be left unattended when outside. There is a 6,000 square food dog park on the property.

Couples Glamping Cabin-Lazy Bear at Valley Bear Farms Resort allows dogs of any size for an additional fee. Cats may also be allowed by request.

Bed & Bear - Couples Glamping Cabin at Valley Bear Farms Resort allows dogs of any size for an additional fee. Cats may also be allowed by request.

Well-behaved dogs are allowed at Four Oaks Lodging & RV Resort, but they must be kept on a leash (6' max length) when outside your vehicle. Do not leave tethered dog unattended. Excessive barking is not permitted. Motel rooms are not pet friendly. If your pet has a history of aggression, please them at home. Couples Glamping Cabin-Bearly Behaving at Valley Bear Farms Resort allows dogs of any size for an additional fee. Cats may also be allowed by request.

Cotton Patch Landing Campground & Marina allows pets of any size in designated rooms for an additional fee of $12 per pet, per night. Both dogs and cats are welcome. Proof of current pet vaccinations is required.

Dark Ridge HideOut is pet friendly! Dogs of any size are allowed for no additional fee. Cats may also be allowed by request.

Flanners Beach Campground welcomes pets on the dog friendly campsites. Maximum of 2 dogs per site, without an additional pet fee.

Lake Myers RV & Camping Resort welcomes two dogs of any size for an additional fee of $10 per pet, per night. Aggressive breeds are not allowed.

Hatteras Sands Camping Resort allows 2 dogs of any size for an additional fee of $25 per pet, per stay in Cottages, and $50 per pet, per stay in Campers and Cabins. Single Wide Trailers are not dog friendly. Sorry, no cats.

stayNantahala - Smoky Mountain Cabins and Luxury Yurts allows 2 dogs of any size in designated rooms for an additional fee of $50 per pet, per stay. Sorry, no cats.

Emberglow Outdoor Resort welcomes two dogs of any size for an additional fee of $25 per pet, per stay. The Helen Vintage Camper, Primitive Treehouse, two Yurts, and one Glamping Pod are pet friendly. Dogs may not be left unattended and must be leashed when outside. There is a dog park on the property.

stayNantahala - Smoky Mountain Cabins allows 2 dogs of any size in designated rooms for an additional fee of $100 per stay. Please note that only one dog is permitted in the Heaven Sent cabin. The Reel Dreams, Rushing Creek and Lakeside Oasis not dog friendly. Sorry, no cats.

Broad River Campground allows a maximum of 2 dogs of any size for no additional fee. Dogs must le leashed on property grounds and may not be left unattended. Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas and Chow Chows breeds are not permitted.
