Jasper’s first Windmill experience

This photo was taken at Windmill Island Gardens in Holland, MI. We took Jasper on his first road trip to Michigan. We were so thrilled that Windmill Island Gardens is pet friendly!

They do not let you in the windmill or stores with pets so we took turns exploring the history inside and popping into the gift shops. It worked out so perfectly and I think he enjoyed it! The website says they close at 5 but that is when tickets are done the park itself is open till 6. (At least that’s what they said on the phone) we went around 4-4:30 and honestly I’m glad we went later in the day because the park had less people.
Jasper is a puppy and he is still in training so this was the perfect place for him!
