La Chouape Brewing Co.

This photo was taken at La Chouape Brewing Co. in St. Felicien, QC. A microbrewery in Saint-Felician founded in 2007 by Louis Hébert and his partner Marie-Eve Séguin, after three years of preparation, training, and internships in Europe, La Chouape has since become known for the quality of its products and its national and international awards. In 2022, the brewery was taken over by Louis's brother, François-Daniel Hébert. We dedicate our work to three areas that are dear to us: agriculture, brewing, and the tasting room. Offering an impressive selection of beers, a full bar with an impressive selection of cocktails, as well as an impressive food menu that goes well beyond bar food.
