CDA Howl'ween Costume Contest and Trade Fair

This photo was taken at CDA Howl'ween Dog Costume Contest and Trade Fair in Chelmsford, MA. The Chelmsford Dog Associations is a non-profit organization that supports responsible dog ownership by providing a venue for recreation, exercise, socialization and education for dogs and owners in the community. Our park is run and funded by fundraising, volunteering, and donations. This event will be held on October 29 from 10-2 with a rain date of October 30. It is a dog costume and trade fair. All of the proceeds collected by the CDA will go directly to the Chelmsford Dog Park.
