This photo was taken at Lori's Cafe in Rehoboth Beach, DE.
The Chicken salad had chunks of tart apples, toasted walnuts and blue cheese, topped with ripe tomatoes and lettuce and was quite honestly the best chicken salad I have ever tasted.
