Regarding Hadley's Disingenuousness

This photo was taken at Barker Field Dog Park in Richmond, VA. Hadley, your dog isn't neutered, he's had a vasectomy -- big difference.

Furthermore, nobody demanded that you provide documentation, you voluntarily provided it.

If I see you in Barker Field again, I'll summon Richmond Animal Care and Control.
