SPCA of Anne Arundel County
The SPCA of Anne Arundel County (AACSPCA) was founded in 1920 and opened its first shelter in 1947. Located in Annapolis, MD, it is the largest and oldest animal welfare organization in Anne Arundel County. They embraces all animals in need- regardless of age, breed, or physical condition, and there is no time limit placed on how long an animal is available for adoption. All animals receive the care they deserve for as long as it takes to find them a home. There are opportunities within the community to adopt, volunteer, foster, educate or donate in support of AACSPCA.
