Customers report serious concerns about Paw Oasis Pet Resort following an incident where their dog suffered painful nail injuries during grooming that required veterinary treatment, with the facility ultimately offering only a $20 credit despite a veterinarian's documentation of the damage. While management conducted an investigation and implemented additional training, the customer felt the resolution did not adequately address the documented harm and loss of trust in the facility's care standards.
