The Animal Welfare League is committed to helping every pet find a good home. They have all breeds and all ages, and their animals change every day! Your best bet is to head on in with your family and look around. The Animal Welfare League strives to: prevent cruelty to animals, provide quality homes for animals through their adoption program, promote respect and compassion for all creatures through education, provide shelter and care for homeless and unwanted animals, reduce pet overpopulation through their low cost spay/neuter clinic, provide veterinary care for low income pet owners, and relieve the suffering of all animals. The Animal Welfare League is an independent, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that receives no city, state or federal funding and relies on private donations to continue with its mission of helping all animals.
