Dar's Double Scoop is a pet-friendly eatery in St. Paul, MN, where dogs are welcome to join you at one of the two outdoor tables. Classic fast-food-style choices on their menu include hot dogs, pizza and chicken wings. After your meal, order a signature dessert like the banana split or brownie hot fudge sundae. Table service isn't provided, so Fido must remain outside while you order inside. Visit Website
