Alyssandra's Lumpia Express

Nestled in the bustling Waikele Premium Outlets, the dog-friendly Alyssandra's Lumpia Express is one of the few eateries in the entire state of Hawaii to offer authentic lumpia, a Chinese spring roll made with crepe skins and savory fillings made popular in Filipino cooking. Choose from a trio of tasty flavors: veggie with pork, banana turon, and pork Shanghai. Other menu options include bento boxes, fried pancit, and for dessert, cascaron. Dogs can join their hungry owners at the umbrella tables adjacent to this walk-up stand. Beware of long lines, especially during lunchtime. Opens at 9am Monday through Saturday and 10am on Sunday.
