If you're looking for a great place for all day breakfast, check out Pat's Riverfront Cafe. Pat's has two pet-friendly outdoor tables which look out right onto the Halifax River. Boat dock access is available, but there is also regular parking. They are open from 7am-2pm every day, and serve all day breakfast, as well as lunch options. Try a three egg omelette or a stack of pancakes, or go for a burger, and make sure to ask about their daily specials. This is a hidden gem and is very popular among the locals, but be warned: they only accept cash. Visit Website
