Using family recipes perfected on the Island of Capri, the flavorful menu features fried calamari, Mediterranean salad, beef and goat cheese rolotini, elk tenderloin medallions, pan-seared sea scallops, grilled veal chops, braised bison shank, sausage and peppers, sauteed quail with risotto, fettuccine bolognese, five-cheese ravioli, linguine and clams, and homemade gnocchi with tomato sauce and mozzarella.
