Outlander Brewery and Pub is a small-scale brewery serving up experimental beers in a remodeled house in Fremont. Bring Fido along to the backyard beer garden with plenty of dog-friendly tables and try Outlander�s microbrews like Peanut Butter Stout, Vanilla Jasmine Porter, and Reishi Mushroom Stout. Bar snacks, savory Australian-style pies, hot sandwiches, and sausage plates are available as well; try the Smoked Salmon Sandwich or a Cajun Andouille plate. Outlander Brewery is open Tuesday and Wednesday 4:00 to 10:00pm, Thursday from 4:00 to 12:00 midnight, Friday from 4:00pm to 1:00am, Saturday from 2:00pm to 1:00am, and Sunday from 2:00 to 10:00pm.
