Cup of the Day has three dog-friendly tables outside. The people behind this coffee house and deli believe food should be simple, fresh, wholesome, and attractive. On their menu, you'll be able to find a whole host of vegetarian sandwiches, homemade soups, specialty sandwiches, and entree salads. One of the most popular dishes is the Michigan cherry salad, served with greens, cashews, and dried Traverse City Cherries, topped with feta and raspberry vinaigrette. Additionally, they offer a number of daily lunch specials on the deli boards. The Cup of the Day is open Monday through Friday from 7:15am to 6:00pm and Saturday from 8:15am to 3:00pm.
