Coffee Waves Flour Bluff

The pet-friendly Coffee Waves has three or four outdoor tables for you and your pup. They serve artisan level espresso drinks, drip coffee, and handcrafted gelato, plus locally sourced pastries and sandwiches. Gelato flavors change daily, so check at the counter for what's available. Not dog friendly
The location on south padre island drive is not dog friendly after all. Check with other locations that might have outdoor seating.
