The Hot Dog Caboose is a pet-friendly establishment serving hot dogs and sausages from inside the walls of a train caboose. Guests can dine with their furry friend at the three outdoor tables and enjoy homemade ""fire in the caboose chili,"" or a hot dog smothered in their choice of toppings, finishing off their meal with ice cream. The Hot Dog Caboose is open Monday through Friday from 11am to 6pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 4pm."
