Tempered Cafe and Chocolate is a small cafe specializing in small batch artisan chocolates, light fare, and wine and cheese pairings. Choose from a variety of options like truffles, chocolate covered pretzels, caramel, toffee, breakfast sandwiches, quiche, sandwiches, coffee concoctions, and more. Fido is welcome to join you at one of their pet-friendly outdoor tables while you enjoy a Bruxelles sandwich with roasted turkey, gruyere, roasted garlic aioli, avocado bacon spread, tomato, and spinach on sourdough bread. Try a truffle, available in flavors like Swiss Malt, Bourbon Praline, Lemon Lavender, Rosemary Cayenne, and more! Join them Thursday from 8:00pm to 1:00am, and Friday through Saturday from 8:00pm to 3:00am for their Green Hour, and partake in the traditional absinthe ritual called La Louche!
