El Mundo is a casual eatery that serves up made-from-scratch Mexican food and drink. Choose from a variety of menu options including appetizers, salads, nachos, quesadillas, tacos, tamales, enchiladas, fajitas, and more. Fido is welcome to join you at one of their three pet-friendly outdoor tables while you enjoy your meal. Start off with a Fridarita (Frida Kahlo blanco, triple sec, house sour mix, orange bitters) and an order of the Sopa Azteca - a brothy soup with chicken, avocado, lime, cilantro, tortilla strips, raw jalapenos, and sour cream. Next, chow down on the Southwest Green Chile Enchiladas - two corn tortillas stuffed with jack cheese, corn off the cob, poblano peppers, and an ever-changing fourth ingredient per the chef, smothered in green chile sauce, topped with queso fresco, and baked, served with rice, beans, salsa fresca, and sour cream! El Mundo is open Monday from 5pm to 10pm, and Tuesday through Saturday from 11:30am to 10pm.

There's a second El Mundo on Bardstown Rd. I don't know what their dog policy is.
