The Pony Room located in Rancho Santa Fe, CA is a pet-friendly restaurant located in the Rancho Valencia Resort & Spa. Your dog can join you on the outdoor patio and can even order from the pet menu. The Pony Room offers locally brewed craft beers, high-end wines, hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind signature cocktails and serves rustic American cuisine. The Pony Room offers the Quinoa Cashew Burger that has bibb lettuce, avocado, tomato jam, brioche bun, and Kennebec fries or house-made chips. Or order a Pony Classic like Brandt Farm Beef Sliders with "The Sauce", crispy onion, Bearnaise, and bacon. For drinks to go with your meal you can get a Basil Exposition which has Cocchi Americano, Tequila, Suze, and Basil or a Figgy Stardust with Bourbon, fig, vanilla, cardamom, honey, orange, and mole bitters.
