Bamboo Restaurant provides ten dog-friendly tables and a menu full of Latin-Fusion cuisine. Inspired by family recipes, the appetizer menu includes soup, salad, and mini pizzas. The roma tomato and fresh buffalo mozzarella bamboo salad is one of the most popular entrees on the menu. Another dish that locals rave about is the skinless, marinated Yucatan chicken breast.
