This plant-based restaurant serves made-from-scratch food prepared using homemade tempeh, seitan, and Native cheese. Vegan or not, they want you to go and try some of their home favorites that will please every palette. One of their most popular dishes is the Southern-Fried chicken and waffles dish, served with two beautifully fluffy waffles layered with steamed kale, caramelized onions, Native spicy chicken, and sriracha maple syrup on top.
