In association with Spice Trade Brewing, formerly Yak and Yeti Brewpub, you'll find beers brewed on the site that take influence from the cultures and flavors of India and Nepal, such as the chai milk stout. Along with the beer, all of the entrees on the menu start from a base of garlic, onions, tomatoes, and ginger, and are served with basmati rice and a choice of meat or seafood. For the milder curry fans, the korma is perfect, a coconut milk and cream based curry with nuts, raisins, and delicate spices.
