Idlewild Spirits Distillery located in Parshall, CO is a casual bar and distillery that is dog-friendly. Fido can join you on their outdoor patio. Idlewild offers a wide selection of their specialty distilled Whisky, Gin, Rum, and Vodka. Idlewild has an Alpine Gin that has blood orange zest, peach skin, cucumber peel, pink peppercorns, green garden herbs and elderflower with a 100% grain base or a Colorado Single Malt Whiskey with aromas of caramel and chocolate from several specialty malts that are used in their "quadruple malt" recipe. To go with your drink you can try the Truffle Fries which are hand-cut with manchego cheese, green onion, white truffle, and aioli or the Idlewild Hummus which is Great Northern Bean hummus with olive tapenade and manga.
