  Yeah they may be dog friendly, but the rest of the experience is terrible. The staff were pretentious pricks who were so arrogant about their food they refused to recommend anything good to start with. After telling us that in the 12 years it’s been open that a dish has never been sent back to the kitchen, our food came out stale, cold, and lazily prepped. Needless to say, it tasted terrible and to top it off the waiter was an ass when we brought his attention to the matter. I’ve never left a review in my life, on anything, but felt compelled enough that let others know that this place sucks. I’m disappointed I HAVE TO at least give it one bone.

  What a amazing place with excellent service and awesome management. Accommodated my huge puppy with his own water bowl. The place was crowded and my pup was relaxed and comfortable for a 50 lbs 5 month old. The customers loved it. Thank You Sapphire staff for my first experience with a dog... I will be back!
