Jethro's Genuine Texas Barbeque offers some pet-friendly picnic tables for dogs and their owners. During his college years, Richard Nance was known as Jethro, hence the name of his barbeque stand. He uses live oak hardwood to smoke his meat in his homemade smoker for thirteen hours. Jethro offers a number of sandwiches, including a pulled pork and a kielbasa sausage. Additionally, they offer smoked meats by-the-pound, seasoned with a special rub, slow-smoked over oak, and hand-trimmed. For dessert, you can indulge in some peach or apple cobbler by the pan or half pan. Jethro's is open Thursday through Sunday from 11am to 7pm.
