Inspired by the flavors of Japan, the owner of this popular restaurant, Diane Bae, has a desire to express herself in the form of artistic Japanese fare. Their sushi chefs serve up a number of house specials, such as the ultimate tuna: white tuna, albacore tataki, jalapeno peppers, cucumber, and avocado wrapped in tonkatsu, and topped with spicy tuna.
