Kilwin's in Gettysburg, PA has a couple pet-friendly benches outside to enjoy ice cream and candy treats with your pup at your side. Even though the first Kilwin's opened in 1947, they still continue the tradition of offering confections and ice cream that are hand-made in their kitchen from premium ingredients and their old school recipes.
