At Land of a Thousand Hills Coffee on Barker Cypress Road, they like to do things a little differently, believing in a collaborative trade philosophy that begins by providing a fair wage to the farmers they work with in Rwanda, one of the smallest countries on the African mainland. In addition to serving ethically sourced coffee prepared in a variety of ways, they also offer bagels with house-made vegan spread and plenty more snacks to accompany your kick of caffeine.
