  Great food, Great staff!

  Ate here tonight. What a GREAT place! Super cute patio with great food and great staff and incredibly dog friendly.

  Amazing service, even for the pup!

  they loved having us on their patio. I think our pup got water before we did! food is always sooo amazing. chimichangas and cauliflower tacos are our fav!

  Weather protected and heated patio

  We came here over the weekend with our large german shepherd and it was amazing! 5/5 stars. Because the place was dog friendly, I'd give it an extra star and say 6/5 stars.

  Environment: The colourful patio is right next to a beautiful wall mural, which makes it great for photos. Patio has a roof to protect from weather and it has heating, so you will feel warm.

  Food: omg. Tacos here are delicious! We recommend the pulled pork one. Food here is so good. Even if it weren't dog friendly, we'd come back for food.

  Service: Our waitress was a big fan of our large dog. She even brought out an actual bowl filled with water for him without needing to be asked to do so. It makes me feel like they truly do like dogs and are very welcoming.

  Great for dogs!

  The consistency of quality of the food at this location is hit or miss. However, they are dog friendly, and we will continue to return.

  Nice Staff, Tasty Food

  El Jefe staff was wonderful, they found a spot for my husband and me and our 3 dogs at the corner of the outdoor enclosed deck near the sidewalk. This made us feel comfortable and welcome with our dogs - as we were in a great spot where we could watch the passersby and yet we were not worried about disturbing the other guests. Our dogs are well behaved, but not perfect! The food was tasty Mexican, and upon request, we were able to order a chicken a la carte dish served in cardboard take-out bowls for each of our dogs at a very reasonable price that they ate right there. The staff also brought water in a dog bowl for our dogs as soon as we were seated. This cozy restaurant is located in the center of Port Credit in Mississauga amidst several restaurants and shops, in a very cute neighborly location.
  We stopped on our way from Toronto to Niagara Falls.
