Brothers Barbecue

Brothers Barbecue, located in New Windsor, NY, is a casual joint that serves up a variety of delicious, protein-laden dishes. Fido is welcome to join you at one of their pet-friendly outdoor tables while you enjoy your meal. Next, chow down on the Chopped BBQ Sandwich with slow-smoked pork dressed with eastern North Carolina vinegar-based sauce, topped with fresh slaw and pickles on a brioche bun. Or go for Mama's Shrimp-n-Grits - Gulf shrimp sauteed with bacon, onions, and peppers, served on a bed of cheese grits.
