  Great dinner spot

  It was an 85 degree day but the patio felt great and was well shaded by 6:30pm when we arrived. Patio was full when we arrived but only waited about 10 minutes for a table to clear which was great for a Friday night. Our dogs enjoyed the patio. They had a sign saying they had bowls/water available but we had brought our own. Service was fine, food was good! Did have a couple other parties with dogs there at the same time which was fun to see but be aware. Nice little park to walk through right down the street.

  Loved it!

  What a great place to eat, grab a beer, and relax on the patio with the pups! The staff was very friendly and welcoming to our two dogs. Even though it was hot outside, the tall wall shields you from the sun and the huge tree provides even more shade. Our dogs enjoyed lying down on the cool stone pavers, too. We were traveling through Nevada to visit family and liked Rak’s so much that we stopped here on the way back, too! Hotel Nevada is right down the street and is super dog friendly as well! There is a nice park next to the restaurant so the dogs loved that too! This was a very welcome respite from our traveling with two dogs that don’t travel well!

  My Maggie girl enjoyed her visit here! Nice big patio! The service was wonderful and the food was great. Very dog friendly spot. Thank you!

  Dog Friendly Patio

  We went in mid afternoon and had the full (nice sized) patio to ourselves. We shared the Pulled Pork Bacon Cheeseburger and it was amazing! The fries were a little plain but the burger more than made up for it. The waitress was super nice as well!

  Nice patio

  Very (only, I think) dog friendly restaurant in Ely. Super nice staff and the food was great!

  Dog Friendly

  Racks Bar and Grill was the only dog friendly food joint around in Ely so we tried them out. They had a nice size patio in the back in which you enter from the residential street at the back of the place. Food and service were good. I forgot to bring my dog’s collapsible water bowl so they gave me a to go container with water. This place is next to a nicely shaded park that we walked around after dinner.

  Great Burgers!

  Probably one of the best burgers I've ever had....no lie! Entrance to the patio was from the back alley. Dog friendly, they brought water for our pups and the service was super friendly. Nice spot to stop and relax on our long drive down to California.

  Dog friendly and great food. Burgers are huge! Nice selection of draft beer too.
