  Spacious clean covered Patio

  very nice covered patio out back. was ask to walk pup around to the patio on rear side. nice waitress brought us and our pup out water as we were sitting down. business was very slow while there but was early in the afternoon. staff was courteous and everything was very clean in and out side! very nice atmosphere.

  Was better last time

  This was our second trip there when visiting town with our pup. we remembered it a great place in ‘19, but things were not as friendly this time around in ‘21. We were seated on the back patio with our quiet leashed dog and never were offered or brought water for him and it was hot. it was not especially busy. They may have been short staffed because the waitress was rushed and unfriendly and she never once even acknowledged that we had a dog. The food was just ok. We will try someone else dog friendly out next time through the area.

  Nice patio

  We sat at a table with an umbrella so our pup could lay in the shade. They offered to bring out some water which was great!

  New Experience

  Neat patio area with several dogs. Service was a little slow but overall inviting. Very dog friendly and good drinks.

  Beers and hikes!

  We have been to the Guardian several times with our kids and dog. they are very dog friendly, even brought out a bowl of water for our dog. Beers and food are wonderful and the staff is always friendly! the outdoor seating area is fantastic and has a large grassy area. we also love that there is a dog park just about a mile down the road that also has an off leash fenced in hiking trail. The brewery is also nearby Saugatuck Dunes with more great hiking trails and beach! We will be frequenting this brewery a lot this summer!

  Great beer, great staff, great atmosphere!

  Love the beer, the staff, the location, the atmosphere, the patio, the dogs!!!, the taphouse. We'll be back!

  Great beer, food, and canine company

  While camping up on Holland we were told about Guardian Brewing by several different groups. One referral from a couple we met at Our Brewing (also dog friendly) to some from folks we met at the dog park.

  We stopped at Guardian on our way back to Chicago. They have a very big patio area where you can done and drink with your dog (s). The food is delicious (try the cucumber gazpacho) and their beers are delicious, but they do have a full bar for the beer-averse.

  Definitely stop by Guardian if you have a chance!

  EVERYONE was dog friendly!

  We sat on the back porch with our pup and I swear, every waiter/waitress came out to say hi to her. Not to mention, the food and beer were good and there were board games to play on the porch!
