Fredy Umanzor whips up Cajun-inspired and Latin-tinged American cuisine for casual fine dining at Chef Fredy's Table. Three dog-friendly outdoor tables means Fido can join you as you try not to wolf down your three-course lunch from the Prix Fixe menu (pick out the Poached Pear and Endive Salad, Creole-Style Jambalaya, and Dark Chocolate Mousse). Or perhaps you'll come by for dinner; stop by the wine shop next door to pick up your BYOB, order the Florida Pan-Fried St. Peter's Fish (seared in a pistachio nut and herb crust, served in a citrus wheat beer butter sauce), and unwind with a Cappucino Creme Brulee. Chef Fredy's Table is open from 11:30am to 2:30pm for lunch Monday through Friday and 5:00 to 10:00pm seven nights a week.
