Okay for one night stay

The people were great and the area was nice. Had a non smoking room but still smelled stale smoke. The shower stall had an unfortunate decorator choice-the shower floor was sprayed with a brown coating that looked nasty. I didn't take a shower there, even though I needed on. Other rooms may be better. Again, for one night, the place was okay and the people were great.

Nice place, rude evening clerk

The room was clean and location was beautiful. Morning workers very polite and helpful. The evening clerk at check in, not so much She was only focused on making sure my dog was not left in my room alone, ever; signing their pet form as quickly as possible, even pulling the form as I was trying to read as I was signing, and shoving the keycard folder at me while stating over and over, dog is not to be left in the room alone, ever, not even to walk down the hall in the morning to get a breakfast tray and bring back to the room. She even forgot to provide basic information about close parking to the room or wifi password. She even said to move my car and leave the dog in the car while I carried my bags to my room; it was 98 degrees and that was the only shade near the entryway.

I left car in covered entry way while I took everything to my room then parked and brought my dog in, which she was not happy with. There was not another car or group waiting to check in so I did not understand her hostility. Not friendly at all. I can only guess they must have had a bad incident recently and I was paying the price. Other then the evening clerk it was a great stay. The river and park are lovely next to it are lovely. There were entryways closer to rooms with keycard access. I did enjoy my stay and except for the overly vigilant evening clerk all was well. The morning staff was great and very helpful.

Lovely visit

The staff was very helpful. All rules for pets carefully and kindly explained. Good parking spaces close to room shown by clerk. Eating hours, beach access all explained. Staff caring and helpful. Stay was lovely and will stay again.

Easy check in

The clerk at the desk was friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick, the room was nice and quiet. Would stay again.
