Excellent hotel

The staff were fantastic, nice rooms and the first BringFido hotel that we stayed at with nice outdoor space for our dog.

La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Casper

Where do I start? The lobby was not very welcoming, the young man who checked us in was nice but not very welcoming. The hotel is very old and needs a major update. Our bathroom was dirty, there were black hairs in the tub and on the bathroom floor. The tub and toilet need replacing along with the shower surround. You cannot open the windows. There were cobwebs behind the curtains, the window ledges have at least 5 years worth of dirt in them. There was no actual "dog" area, unless you consider a filthy mud pit okay that is filled with rocks and waste. I am also wondering why they charge a pet fee when they do not clean their rooms or their parking lot. Wyndham should reconsider having this hotel in their portfolio along with BringFido. The breakfast buffet was also below standard for a Wyndham property.

La Quinta Inn & Suites Pueblo

Nice clean bright rooms. Good pet area. Staff was very nice. Overall a great place to stay with your dog. Room was very clean.

Red Roof Inn Amarillo West

This hotel does not even deserve 1 bone. We had a very hard day of travel the day before and had to push our reso ahead 1 day, we contacted the hotel directly and then BringFido to do this. When we arrived there was no reservation and we were charged for the night we were supposed to arrive. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and fixed that issue. However, when we went to our room the door was open, we knocked just in case someone was in there. Long story short - the room was disgusting.

We booked the room with the full kitchen. There was no kitchen, the fridge was filthy and not turned on, there was no pots/pans/plates/cutlery. The cupboards were FILTHY. There were cigarette burns on the bathtub and to top it off, the door did not even lock, hence why it was open. We left and did not even ask for a refund. I wish I had taken pictures to submit to Red Roof Inn's corporate office. The room # is 154 - I hope someone from BringFido and Red Roof go to visit this room and enjoy their stay. We will be looking for a refund. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this hotel.

Great Falls Inn by Riverside

It was okay. Clean, nice enough staff. The breakfast needs a lot of work. I wish these hotels would actually figure out food that does not come out of a bag. The "pet area" was located behind the hotel. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, no restaurants within walking distance. Not a big deal, but when travelling with pets it may be an idea to mention this detail.
