Horrible customer service

Front desk employee called the police and threatened me and my family after we couldn't take a shower because the handle broke. And the toilet wouldn't flush. I was at the desk asking for a better, clean room and his solution was to call the police and have them follow me after they kicked me out. Don't go to this hotel. Instead of de escalating they go straight to police and making threats.
