Worst experience ever

Requested ADA ground floor room. Was told they have one. They did not. First room was still dirty from previous occupants. Second room had ceiling fan dangling by one wire plus TV broken. Third room had sink that was stopped up. Too tired to change rooms again. 3:30 AM electricity goes out for whole building.
