Clean but spare facility

The location seems to be a gussied up motel that is being passed off as a hotel. We were placed under a stair case and thought uh oh, we'll be up all night. That was not the case... Though we're could hear adjacent rooms running water the sounds were kept to a minimum. We're did use a sound machine though to keep our dogs from barking at every noise.
It was clean, but again minimal.
