Travelers Beware

When checking in, the clerk tried charging me again saying they had no record of payment for my reservation from BringFido. I contacted BringFido by phone and the desk clerk changed her story saying they are in the process of updating their computer system and have 2 unknown credit card payments on file from unidentified accounts. BringFido confirmed one of the accounts as theirs before the clerk accepted my reservation was paid.

The exterior and interior of the room was in rough shape and not well maintained. The floor had the usual dirty film that would turn your feet black if you walked on it without shoes. The walls had stains like something was splashed on it in several locations and overall dirty, the bathtub had dirt stained on the bottom, the caulk and grout were badly blackened with mold and the room had a general appearance of filth. I saw several feral cats another reviewer mentioned the area smelled of cat urine.

Get what you pay for

I wasn’t expecting much since I only wanted a cheap place to stay overnight with my dogs while in transit. It had your standard dirty film on the floor, stained towels, a few bugs, and people smoking marijuana in the parking lot.
