Not very pet friendly

This hotel seems less pet friendly than a place that will look the other way for $25. We arrived with our two dogs expecting a ground floor pet-friendly room and got put on the third floor in a carpeted suite. The desk manager shrugged. I took our dogs to the ‘grassy area’ promised, and it was a dark curb next to a busy street. The man at the desk again shrugged and said people don’t usually complain. He offered a refund. If you want a comfortable stay with dogs, go somewhere else.
