Worn out
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cleveland - Airport NorthI picked out this La Quinta because it had higher ratings than others closer to our route. Checked in with two dogs and were given a room the farthest from the elevator as possible. There was a puddle of something on the floor and we contacted the person on duty who had happened to come up in the elevator with us. When I wiped up the puddle the towel was black with dirt. There was another blob of something on the floor near the refrigerator that the dogs were very interested in. With a little work I got that up too. Additionally there was toothpaste in the sink. Hallways were pretty battered too. This hotel is also across the street from a commuter station which is probably busy during the week. I just wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Personally, I think La Quinta had gone way down since Wyndham took over.
Not so great
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Savannah Airport - PoolerHotel is ok. Carpeted rooms. Due to nearby construction there was a lot of mud around the hotel (temporary). Major complaint is that there is virtually a culvert around the whole property, so nowhere to walk the dog. You have to go to the gas station next to the hotel to find a proper grassy spot. personally I wouldn’t visit this property again.
Not particularly clean
Econo LodgeI should have done more research but I generally don’t stay in hotels the have outdoor access to rooms. Hotel didn’t have branding on the outside making me wonder if I was in the right place. Room wasn’t very clean. They did have breakfast there but considering the cleanliness of the room, decided to pass.
